A number of our customers are in the automotive industry. These clients need finished products on a just in time basis. Below are some examples of the work we carry out.
General Parts: These punched, folded, welded and finished components are supplied just in time on a Kanban basis.
Electrophoretic Coating: Electrophoretic coating is a common coating for automotive components. It offers strong corrosion resistance and leaves an even surface finish on all parts of the component, including internal areas such as the inside of a tube.
Tube Work: As well as sheet metal we also work with tubes from 10mm to 120mmØ.
Wire Work: We carry out simple wire work where required, this component has a single bend and a threaded end.
Metal Forming: We can put a whole range of bends into a piece of metalincluding circular bends as shown here.
Panels: This panel has seven folds plus a number of captive
fixtures and is finished with an e-coat.
Chassis
Fittings: This Chassis fitting was made on
a jig to exact specifications.
Structural
Components: This component has box section,
tube, bar, and sheet metal components assembled together.
