Finishing:
We undertake powder coating, stove enamelling
and air dry surface coatings in a range of colours,
for ferrous & non-ferrous
fabrications, fine limit sheet metal components,
castings, and plastics.
Stove
Enamelling:
We operate two dedicated spray
booths with associated box ovens offering general
stoving finishes as well as epoxy coatings and
low temperature
acrylic stoving finishes.
All coatings are available with primer undercoats,
fillers, and special textures in a range of colours. [top]
Powder Coating:
Powder coatings available include polyester, epoxy
and epoxy polyester coatings in a range of colours,
textures and gloss levels. We operate a camel back
track oven with dedicated powder
spray booth suitable for small and large batch work. [top]
Pre-treatment& Masking: All
work that arrives for finishing is degreased with options
for phosphate treatment where improved paint bonding
is required on metals. We also provide a masking service
to customer specification. [top]
