Overview: Much
of our regular work is the forming of both simple
and
complex bracket arrangements. We work with a wide
range of material including aluminium, mild steel
and stainless steel in thicknesses upto 6mm and
offer
a range of assembly and inhouse finishing services.
Below is a small sample of sheetmetal brackets
we have manufactured.
Punched
& Folded: Utilising the latest in CAD/CAM
technology we can punch a wide range of shapes from
sheet metal up to 3000mm by 800mm and 5mm thick. We
utilise automatic nesting and manual placement techniques
to preserve sheet metal stock and control costs. This
item was punched and folded.
Inserts:
We offer a range of insert options. [top]
High Volume:
We supply items such as these mild steel punched and
formed brackets in high volume both on a one off basis
as well as in support of a kanban program. [top]

Fine Limit
Sheet Metal: Fine limit precision sheet metal
component parts can be punched to within ±0.1mm
and require little secondary finishing. [top]
Bright
Stainless Steel: This bracket in bright stainless
steel has a special bend in it. [top]
Zinc &
Black: Three punched parts, welded and finished
with a zinc coating and black passivate. [top]
Aluminium:
A large volume of our work is in aluminium which is
used heavily in the electronics industry where once
anodised offers little electrical conductivity, ideal
for electronic applications. [top]
