225 20T Punch Press:
Hane Instruments have recently purchased
a new Amada Vipros 225 20 ton punch press
which doubles our current cnc punching
capacity. The Vipros allows for upto 1000
hits per minute, a 31 station turret, and
sheet sizes upto 2500mm x 1250mm x 6.4mm.

Enclosures & Instrument Panels:
Hane Instruments specialise in the fabrication
of electrical &
electronic enclosures and instrument panels
for a range of applications including computing,
process control and automation. Cabinets, enclosures
and instrument panels are made to customer specification
inhouse utilising off the shelves fixtures &
fittings including custom made glass panelling
for doors etc where required. We offer a one
stop shop which includes design, finishing,
coating, screen printing and custom packaging

Brackets:
Much of our regular work is the forming of
both simple and complex bracket arrangements.
We work with a wide range of material including
aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel
in thicknesses upto 6mm and offer a range
of assembly and inhouse finishing services. more

We operate a dedicated inspection department
which is linked directly to our production management
system through which all jobs pass as defined
by our documented ISO 9001:2000 inspection procedures.
Our inspection department is equipped with a
surface table and a range of gauges all of which
are calibrated at regular intervals to ensure
the highest degree of quality control.
